We begin with premium soy sauce imported directly from Japan, where it has already undergone traditional aging. Upon arrival, we introduce it to our own distinctive aging process in bourbon barrels previously seasoned with our signature maple syrup. This sequential aging creates a dimensional flavor inheritance impossible to replicate through conventional methods.
