Ramps
  • 4 ears fresh fire roasted corn
  • 12 fresh ramps, cleaned, trimmed and minced, include the white and the green parts
  • 2 cucumbers, seeded, peeled, and julienned
  • juice from two fresh limes
  • juice and zest from one lemon
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/4 cup fresh mint, minced
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon BLiS Blast Hot Sauce
